Contemporary herbal practices rooted in ancient tradition

My journey to health and wellness began with my own struggles. Before becoming a recognised Herbalist and expert in natural health, I spent 12 years as an international fashion model. I lived in cities all over the world, graced the pages of Italian Vogue, appeared on billboards for Selfridges and Macy’s, and walked for prestigious designers like Max Mara. However, the fast-paced fashion world took its toll on my health, leading me to realise the need for a more sustainable lifestyle. I left the fashion industry and sought solace near nature, where I began receiving natural healthcare from skilled practitioners, which ultimately transformed my life.

This transformative shift sparked my passion for holistic practices and inspired me to become a Herbalist. I enrolled with world-renowned herbalist and educator Anne McIntyre, completing immersive training in Herbal Medicine. This marked the beginning of my true calling. I soon developed my own line of herbal drops, designed to reconnect people with their health, the origins of medicinal plants, and the healing power of nature.

My deep understanding of the plant world, combined with my Mediterranean ancestry rooted in spagyric Greek medicine, enabled me to create a herbal range that nurtures physical health while also supporting emotional well-being. My products reflect my philosophy—a commitment to the science and tradition of herbalism, and the life-enhancing benefits of natural remedies.

“Herbalism is a traditional doctrine and science, and is a reliable source of natural health care that serves a purpose in harmonising and enhancing the body and its specific needs. Herbs harness properties, benefits and are utilised to formulate remedies due to their medicinal uses, the use of herbs as a daily principle and practice provides effective results, embodying the methodology of herbalism as a daily essential, leads to a lifestyle of balance and prevention. Integrating the purpose of nature through the practice of herbalism, is proven to be a supportive and therapeutic service - where the origin of medicine is from, herbalism is not an alternative route, it’s a lived lifestyle and inherent in our nature to supplement with herbs.”
